Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Tetla Plant, Tlaxcala, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate all maintenance activities for the manufacturing plant.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure operational continuity of production equipment and auxiliary services.
• Lead engineers, maintenance technicians, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage the maintenance budget, resources, KPIs, performance reports, and cost control.
• Coordinate equipment inspections, modernization projects, infrastructure projects, audits, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, electronics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, maintenance management, manufacturing environments, project management, and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading teams of more than 20 employees.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, maintenance KPIs, budget management, and industrial safety.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management systems; IATF 16949 knowledge is desirable.
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar technical design software and Microsoft Office; intermediate English is required or preferred for the role.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949.
