Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based in Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate all plant maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and maintenance technicians.
• Manage the department budget and optimize resource allocation.
• Coordinate plant modernization, infrastructure projects, and contractor management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards including ISO and IATF certifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance management.
• Proven experience leading teams of 20+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in maintenance KPIs, budget control, and industrial safety protocols.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD for technical design.
