Senior Reliability Engineer TPM (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve OEE, equipment uptime, and operational performance.
• Lead preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and TPM initiatives.
• Monitor reliability KPIs, including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Use CMMS systems to track equipment history and reliability trends.
• Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI systems and implement RCM principles in capital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent maintenance or reliability experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, reliability, automation, or controls.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming, including RSLogix 500, Studio 5000, and Logix Designer.
• Experience configuring and programming Allen-Bradley HMI systems, including FactoryTalk View SE/ME and PanelView.
• Experience implementing preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, TPM, and CMMS programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• CMRP, CRE, or similar certification.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM.
• Knowledge of robotics, machine vision, and industrial networking.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
