Experienced Production Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Reynosa, Mexico

What you will do

• Ensure production processes and machinery meet established safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including maps, gauges, acceptance criteria, and rejection criteria.
• Support production operations, quality testing, and the launch of production lines, transfers, and new products.
• Develop and review preventive maintenance plans, spare-parts lists, and consumable replacement schedules.
• Analyze the useful life and stock requirements of consumables, spare parts, tooling, and assembly fixtures.
• Lead continuous improvement, Six Sigma, resource optimization, cost reduction, and savings initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Experience with GMAW/MIG, resistance, inertia, and GTAW/TIG welding in automatic, semiautomatic, and manual processes.
• Experience with metal-mechanical assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of automatic and semiautomatic electromechanical machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical control, signaling, and failure analysis systems.
• Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and furnace burners.
• Availability to rotate between A, B, and C shifts.
