Sustaining Enginner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead engineering change management, including preliminary drawings, change documentation, approvals, implementation, and release.
• Create and maintain marked-up drawings, product specifications, engineering documentation, and product deviation records.
• Conduct feasibility reviews with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and other cross-functional teams.
• Clarify technical requirements related to raw materials, product designs, specifications, certifications, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot product and manufacturing issues and lead root-cause investigations using 5 Whys, 8D, A3, Ishikawa, and Six Sigma methods.
• Identify and implement improvements to product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, or a related function.
• Experience managing engineering changes and technical documentation in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of engineering drawing practices, product design principles, product specifications, materials, certifications, and regulatory standards.
• Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor, plus Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency of at least 60% is required for reading, writing, and professional communication.
