Production & Maintenance Manager (Transformers)

Location: On site in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Global relocation/LTA support is not considered.

What you will do

• Lead production and maintenance operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Develop operational plans, budgets, KPIs, and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Fulfillment, and Engineering functions to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, reliability, and inventory management.
• Strengthen health, safety, and environmental compliance and implement preventive actions.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams through performance management and talent development.
• Oversee lean manufacturing, reliability programs, lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and capital improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading manufacturing operations and maintenance teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, change management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing budgets, operational KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advanced written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in cross-functional environments.
