What you will do

• Manage the customer return and problem-solving process from complaint to resolution.
• Perform follow-up on customer failure analyses and communicate issues at all levels.
• Act as a customer advocate for product quality through internal and external reviews.
• Interface with factories regarding reliability and quality issues to reduce defects.
• Lead product teams and factories through the quality issue resolution process.
• Participate in Change Action Board (CAB) and Material Review Boards (MRB).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Science.
• Experience in Application Engineering or Design specifically with microprocessors.
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis and complex problem solving.
• Knowledge of process control and Six Sigma tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Additional Application Engineering experience.
• Overseas education or professional working experience.
