What you will do

• Develop and execute a global People Analytics strategy to support employee experience and business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the People Analytics team, fostering professional development.
• Build foundational reporting and analytics for People & Talent functions, providing insights beyond engagement and retention.
• Leverage existing systems and AI implementations to elevate workflow automation and data output.
• Partner with senior business and HR leaders to identify key metrics and trends that shape people strategy.
• Translate complex people data into clear, actionable stories that influence company-wide change.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and uncovering actionable insights.
• High proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Workday, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, quantitative research, and data visualization principles.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
