P&C Analytics Senior Associate

TL;DR

P&C Analytics Senior Associate (HR Analytics): Driving strategic decision-making through reporting, data analysis, and communication for the People and Culture organization with an accent on workforce capacity management and talent insights. Focus on building dashboards, cleaning complex datasets, and presenting actionable data-driven narratives to firm leadership.

Location: Must be based in the United States. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support stakeholder decision-making.
• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze workforce data to provide insights on capacity management, retention, and talent acquisition.
• Develop and execute data-driven programs to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address analytical needs.
• Lead and mentor team members while maintaining critical reporting documentation.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in consulting, information systems, or HR.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to leadership.
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics tools such as Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R.
