What you will do

• Design and operate cloud-native infrastructure supporting heavy-duty AI workloads and physics-based simulations.
• Architect self-service platforms and CI/CD primitives to streamline production deployments.
• Lead SRE and developer productivity strategy, owning monitoring, incident response, and security.
• Mentor senior individual contributors and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of operational excellence, psychological safety, and high-leverage engineering.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or Developer Productivity Engineering.
• 2+ years of formal people management experience.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Cloud Architecture (GCP preferred), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
• Experience managing high-availability production environments and leading through complex incidents.
• Familiarity with securing cloud environments and enterprise-level data governance.

Nice to have

• Experience managing infrastructure for ML-heavy organizations (GPU orchestration).
• Background in building DevOps and developer productivity culture from scratch in high-growth environments.
