Program Manager, Stablecoin Compliance (Fintech)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $116,300–$186,000 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Support strategic stablecoin initiatives, including OpenUSD and hirify.global Stablecoin Platform.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, deliverables, and decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Establish governance forums, working groups, reporting cadences, and escalation processes.
• Develop scalable compliance procedures, workflows, documentation, standards, and control frameworks.
• Coordinate regulatory readiness, examinations, audits, licensing efforts, and evidence repositories.
• Coordinate blockchain analytics technology implementations and manage vendor and strategic partner deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or an applicable advanced degree pathway.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, payments, compliance, risk management, or regulated financial services.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs, strategic initiatives, or operational transformations.
• Strong project and program management, executive communication, stakeholder influence, and execution skills.
• Experience building processes, operating models, or governance structures in evolving environments.
• Experience with AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, investigations, fraud, financial crimes compliance, regulatory examinations, audits, or remediation programs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, Merkle Science, or similar blockchain analytics platforms.
• CAMS, CFE, CFCS, ICA, or similar professional certification.
• Experience supporting cryptocurrency, digital asset, blockchain, or stablecoin businesses.
