Technical Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: US Remote

Salary: $111,800–$167,600 USD annually for Zone 1 locations; $104,500–$156,700 USD annually for other US locations. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution and delivery of Fintech programs across Payments, Payables, and Financing.
• Define program milestones, success criteria, and KPIs with Product and Engineering teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, resources, and data-driven decisions.
• Create reporting, dashboards, and communications that provide visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate with GTM, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches, adoption readiness, and outcome tracking.
• Improve planning, delivery, and measurement processes across programs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical program management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Familiarity with Fintech domains such as Payments, Payables, and Financing.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to collaborate with engineering and product leaders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and program dashboards.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, analytical, and KPI-tracking skills.
