What you will do

• Communicate with existing customer accounts via email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions (adding products/licenses, creating new instances, upgrading to the Enterprise Plan)
• Manage inbound billing requests, including renewals and changing payment terms/method
• Close targeted outbound account renewals
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests and route prospects to the aligned Account Executive
• Partner with Marketing on proactive campaigns to maximize expansion and retention across products

Requirements

• Strong desire to build a career in Sales, progressing toward Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive roles
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products, processes, and policies
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (Sales, Support, Billing, Marketing)
• Curiosity, commitment to ongoing learning, adaptability to frequent change, and strong motivation to over-achieve
• Exposure to or interest in product development and web-based collaborative tools

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS experience
• Customer-facing Sales/Support experience
• Multilingual: German or French
