Senior Manager (Game Security)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a talented cross-functional team focused on daily anti-cheat operations.
• Develop and support anti-cheat initiatives to protect the integrity of live service titles.
• Establish and standardize operational processes, tools, and best practices for game security.
• Partner with product management and analytics teams to define technology and process advancements.
• Set team priorities, allocate resources, and plan for future growth.
• Monitor key risk and performance indicators to ensure a secure player experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game security, anti-cheat, anti-fraud, or related functions.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, including geographically dispersed ones.
• Experience supporting live service or large-scale AAA multiplayer games.
• Strong ability to translate strategic business goals into actionable operational objectives.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to structure complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical personnel.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern client security features like DRM and anti-cheat.
• Knowledge of credential stuffing and bot mitigation techniques.
• Understanding of machine learning or business rule approaches for fraud detection.
• Experience with rigorous documentation for investigations and regulatory compliance.
