Staff IAM Analyst

Location: Remote, United Kingdom. Applicants must have and maintain the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Provide operational support for IAM administration tools, including application onboarding, role definitions, recertification campaigns, and end-user escalations.
• Improve IAM data quality, role decisions, identity inventories, entitlement reviews, and identity risk assessments.
• Strengthen the management of human and non-human identities through platform and process improvements.
• Analyze access requirements, system flows, and security policies to enforce least-privilege access while balancing user experience.
• Design scalable IAM processes and technologies and help develop Information Security policies and standards.
• Partner with the Security team on governance strategies and technical controls for Agentic AI workflows and non-human identities.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on Identity and Access Management experience solving diverse access challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Computer Science or Engineering education is preferred.
• Experience with IAM tools and familiarity with IT governance, compliance, SOC 2, and data governance.
• Understanding of non-human identities and information security risks.
• Strong analytical, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with IGA tools such as C1, Saviynt, or similar enterprise solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity Providers, MFA, Zero Trust Access, and PAM platforms.
• Experience with Workday or BambooHR integrations for automated onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform and IAM policies and configurations.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Terraform.
