What you will do

• Acquire high-value net new fitness, wellness, and new vertical partners within the assigned market.
• Drive growth through a field-first approach, prioritizing in-person drop-ins, meetings, and events.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas based on new venues added to the network.
• Identify and leverage networking opportunities to build connections within the regional wellness community.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility using Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Negotiate terms and present pitch decks to prospective high-level partners.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of B2B transactional sales experience leveraging both Field and Inside sales tactics.
• Proven record of consistent over-performance on monthly quotas and OKRs.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Based in Bilbao.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
