Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HRBP for the Customer Success & Onboarding business unit.
• Partner with leaders to lead organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership coaching.
• Manage and resolve complex team member relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure regional employment and contractor compliance across the North American region.
• Maintain accurate team member data in Workday and support compensation cycles.
• Collaborate with global HRBPs to ensure consistency in People strategies and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
• Must be based in North America or Canada.
• Experience supporting GTM, Strategy, or Customer Success organizations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Certification in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
• Hands-on experience with Workday.
