What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, performance concerns, and complex workplace investigations.
- Coach managers through difficult conversations, feedback delivery, and performance management cycles.
- Partner with leadership to translate company strategy into right-sized people practices and organizational structures.
- Lead offboarding processes, exit interviews, and coordinate compensation cycles including merit and promotion rounds.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with employment laws and manage work authorization processes.
- Help build and refine People processes, documentation, and manager resources to support company scale.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years specifically in an HRBP role within high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching.
- Strong business judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of discretion.
- Comfort operating both synchronously and asynchronously in an evolving environment.
