European technology company with over 20 years of experience in custom software engineering, cloud, data, AI, and SAP services.

What you will do

• Lead the UK go-to-market strategy and drive YoY revenue growth across priority industries.
• Personally lead strategic new-logo pursuits from the first qualified conversation to contract signature.
• Build, lead, and scale the UK commercial organization, including hiring and performance management.
• Act as the senior client sponsor for all UK accounts to protect margins and lead renewals.
• Coordinate with Romania-based delivery units and marketing to align customer expectations with execution.

Requirements

• Extensive B2B IT/technology services sales experience within the United Kingdom.
• Proven record of opening multi-million-pound enterprise engagements.
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong personal network in at least two of the following: Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail.

• Experience in custom software engineering, cloud, SAP, AI, or managed services environments.
