What you will do

• Manage and perform administrative tasks independently for group insurance eligibility files.
• Load, validate, and update data in internal systems, including reporting, evaluations, and peer reviews.
• Document and maintain administrative procedures and client requirements.
• Identify gaps in quality and efficiency and recommend process enhancements.
• Support automation by developing tools, implementing new autoloads, and performing maintenance as needed.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients by responding to requests, following up, and meeting timelines.

Requirements

• Permanent full-time role with 2 years of relevant experience and a college diploma, university degree, or relevant experience in requirements analysis.
• Fully bilingual (French/English); English proficiency required for daily collaboration with teams and partners outside Québec.
• Expert ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate medium to high complexity data.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office Suite; ability to manipulate and organize data.
• Strong customer approach and ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Methodical organization to execute critical tasks in compliance with deadlines.
