Bilingual Data Specialist (Group Insurance)

Location: Ontario, Canada; hybrid or remote work arrangements available.

Pay range: $53,235–$66,544 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Manage interfaces and administer eligibility files for group insurance plans.
• Perform daily data loading, validation, reporting, evaluations, and updates in internal systems.
• Document administrative procedures and client requirements, including peer reviews.
• Identify quality and efficiency gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Support automation and the development, implementation, and maintenance of autoload tools.
• Act as a client contact, respond to requests, follow up, and deliver tested solutions within established timelines.

Requirements

• College diploma, university degree, or relevant experience in requirements analysis.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of group insurance plan administration and the ability to learn new systems.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and Office Suite, with the ability to manipulate and organize data.
• Expert ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate medium- to high-complexity data.
• Fully bilingual in French and English; English is required for daily collaboration with teams and partners outside Québec.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA and SQL interfaces and languages.
