What you will do

  • Maintain a consistent measurement framework connecting marketing activities to commercial outcomes like leads, orders, and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize KPI definitions, audience logic, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop recurring dashboards and leadership-ready summaries to provide trusted views of marketing performance.
  • Apply measurement methods including attribution modeling, campaign lift analysis, and matched comparisons.
  • Conduct segmentation and targeting analysis for HCP and patient programs to optimize conversion and efficiency.
  • Provide marketing funnel inputs for forecasting, planning, and business reviews.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Strong understanding of funnel analytics, KPI design, and ROI reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and reporting logic.
  • Experience building data science models in Python or R.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, pharma, or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to web analytics, tagging, and customer journey analytics.
  • Familiarity with privacy-safe measurement and compliant analytics practices.
