What you will do

• Manage big data and create scalable reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis on production bugs and lead sprint planning.
• Develop and maintain strategic reports across multiple databases and systems.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance on data modeling and optimization.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for product owners.
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure quality and performance standards before UAT.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to travel as needed.
• 3-5 years of experience with relational databases and advanced T-SQL.
• 3-5 years of experience developing Power BI reports with M, SQL, and DAX proficiency.
• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience required.
• 1+ years of experience with ETL and Azure data warehouse concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of Vertipaq, Dax Studio, and Tabular Editor.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure Databricks.
• Experience with Power Apps integration.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs.
