What you will do

• Maintain and update short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, including 3-statement modelling and monitoring liquidity across funding facilities.
• Write, maintain, and optimise SQL queries in Databricks to extract and transform data from large operational datasets, ensuring data quality and documenting anomalies.
• Track actual performance vs budget, analyse variances, and develop and maintain FP&A dashboards.
• Produce ad hoc financial analysis for the CFO and cross-functional teams (Strategy, Procurement, Operations) connecting numbers to commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Tech and Product to ensure data infrastructure supports FP&A needs, translating finance requirements into clear briefs to improve forecasting accuracy and scalability.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, data analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and confidence writing queries.
• Expert-level Excel / Google Sheets skills for building robust, auditable models.
• Solid understanding of how the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow relate to each other.
• High accuracy orientation and ability to work with imperfect data, communicating assumptions and materiality clearly.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.
