Salary: £52,800 – £61,400 (depending on location).

What you will do

• Lead quality, productivity, and efficiency initiatives across data or technology-enabled processes.
• Use Power BI and advanced Excel to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvement, quality control, and data assurance.
• Conduct time-and-motion studies to identify and reduce effort.
• Support teams in testing, implementing, and embedding new systems and ways of working.
• Track benefits, report outcomes, and document process changes to demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from Guildford, Milton Keynes, or Manchester offices.
• Experience using data to understand performance and recommend improvements.
• Confident skills in Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience working with digital, operational, or technology-enabled processes.
• Proven ability to apply project and change management approaches.
• Understanding of quality controls and process-driven environments.
