What you will do

• Independently prepare, validate, and deliver recurring regulatory and compliance reports with minimal oversight.
• Own end-to-end reporting processes, including data extraction, validation, documentation, and submission.
• Perform advanced data quality checks, reconciliations, and exception analysis across multiple systems.
• Maintain SOPs, process maps, and control documentation; lead responses during internal and external audits.
• Identify automation opportunities and partner with BI/analytics teams to move from static reporting to automated dashboards/workflows.
• Coordinate with Regulatory and Compliance to clarify requirements, source data, and proactively communicate risks and delays.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in regulatory reporting, compliance reporting, or related risk/governance roles in financial services or payments.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL experience, including complex queries, performance tuning, and automation of data workflows.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including semantic modeling and DAX.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx for data preparation, workflow automation, reconciliation, and exception reporting.
• Proven ability to independently manage recurring regulatory submissions in a controlled, audit-sensitive environment.
• Experience with code repositories (GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps) for version control and change management.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSRS or Power BI Report Server.
• Experience with payment transaction reporting (PTR), CESOP, AML reporting, Client Money, Safeguarding, EMIR, MiFID, or similar regulatory frameworks.
