What you will do

• Prospect for net-new business and develop relationships with existing customers to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Manage complex, full-cycle sales processes from lead origination to stakeholder mapping and contract negotiation.
• Serve as a trusted Data Intelligence advisor to identify value and ROI for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with partners and internal peers to drive adoption and expansion of hirify.global solutions.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and real-time activity updates in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS/tech sales with a proven track record of achieving quotas.
• Must be based in the East Coast USA.
• Experience navigating complex, direct sales cycles with C-level stakeholders.
• Data management domain expertise is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and solve business challenges.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
