What you will do

• Lead global product development strategies and manage the full lifecycle of drug development programs.
• Develop, track, and manage program schedules, milestones, and critical paths using enterprise tools.
• Facilitate team planning sessions and ensure clear communication across core and sub-teams.
• Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure project delivery.
• Translate complex scientific information into high-level strategic presentations for governance bodies.
• Manage program budgets and support process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in clinical and drug development within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven ability to manage program dependencies and critical paths.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate team decision-making.
