Executive Assistant

TL;DR

Executive Assistant (Product): Providing strategic administrative partnership to the Chief Product Officer with an accent on complex calendar management and cross-functional alignment. Location: On-site in Boston, MA. Candidates must be prepared to relocate to Boston if necessary.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Provide strategic support to the CPO and other senior executives.
• Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Prepare meeting materials, draft executive communications, and track action items.
• Facilitate communication across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to drive alignment.
• Organize executive meetings, offsites, and All Hands events with high attention to detail.
• Handle confidential information and identify opportunities to increase executive efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting executive-level correspondence.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and collaboration/expense management tools.
• Strong commitment to leveraging AI tools to enhance daily operational quality.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Boston, MA office.
