Location: Must be located in the San Diego area and able to work in-office 2-3 days per week at the Del Mar, CA headquarters.
Salary: $72,000 - $91,000 annually.

What you will do
- Manage complex calendars for the VP of Marketing and VP of Sales, resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing business needs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports for senior leadership and Area Sales Directors.
- Plan and execute National Sales Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and internal leadership off-sites.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, hotel agreements, and manage event logistics and budgets.
- Support onboarding processes for new Commercial and Field Sales employees.
- Administer creative task assignments and project schedules using project management software.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must be located in the San Diego area.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with expense management systems like Concur or Workday.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Commercial departments.
- Background in a fast-paced medical device, healthcare, or highly regulated industry.
- Strong event planning and vendor management skills.
