Salary: $190,000–$200,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Drive growth and customer acquisition within the independent and regional cinema segment.
• Develop and execute competitive conversion programs targeting legacy cinema platforms.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with cinema owners, operators, and industry leaders.
• Represent the company as a senior industry ambassador at conferences and trade shows.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, and customer success teams to support onboarding and retention.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic feedback to leadership to influence product and commercial roadmaps.

Requirements

• Extensive, well-established reputation and relationships within the independent cinema exhibition community.
• Proven track record of generating opportunities and closing business directly.
• Deep familiarity with the independent cinema technology landscape (Veezi, RTS, Admit One).
• Ability to manage relationships across multiple international markets.
• Strong executive presence and credibility as a senior industry ambassador.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned international markets.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in senior sales or partnerships within cinema exhibition or entertainment technology.
• Existing relationships with high-profile independent exhibitor accounts.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization.
