Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (plus variable compensation)

What you will do

• Act as a key brand ambassador for hirify.global within the advertising market.
• Proactively network and establish new relationships for the Core Media team.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies and client brands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brand Studio and events teams to create integrated opportunities.
• Manage a mix of outbound sales strategies and inbound lead nurturing.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance daily workflows and productivity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the digital media or news industry.
• Established network of relationships with key agencies and brands.
• Proven experience in an outbound sales environment.
• Strong understanding of digital media, online marketing technology, and the competitive landscape.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel and attend social engagements representing the company.
