What you will do

• Lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery for digital products.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to generate actionable insights.
• Define UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Validate design solutions through usability testing and iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX or UX/UI Design.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Strong proficiency with Figma.
• Experience designing responsive web applications.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with FigJam, Miro, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and web analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
