Product Designer (UX/UI)

What you will do

• Lead and participate in collaborative design sessions and provide design critiques to the team.
• Plan user research, collect data, and perform design audits for new projects.
• Create mockups, concepts, and prototypes for client testing and approval.
• Develop detailed documentation and UI specifications for developer handoff.
• Collaborate with accessibility experts to ensure all UX/UI deliverables are inclusive.
• Support the hiring process through portfolio reviews and technical interviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• English: Professional proficiency (B2) required for presenting rationales to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience designing multi-platform experiences (iOS, Android, and Web).
• Proficiency in Figma for generating design deliverables.
• Strong strategic thinking to connect design decisions with business needs.
• Ability to create and maintain scalable design systems.

• Experience with VR, AR, voice commands, or chatbots.
