What you will do

• Maintain, expand, and document Figma-based design systems and component libraries.
• Create detailed design specifications and documentation for engineering execution.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs.
• Audit existing product screens and patterns to eliminate inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation across platforms and devices.
• Promote and implement best practices for accessibility, scalability, and usability.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product design or UI/UX design.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including libraries, variants, and structured files.
• Portfolio demonstrating scalable design thinking and strong UI craftsmanship.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
