What you will do

• Lead the conception and evolution of digital products using user-centered design and strategic design methodologies.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design solutions that translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive experiences.
• Conduct user research, discovery activities, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Develop user journey maps and information architecture deliverables to support product decisions.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance to generate insights and optimize experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure consistency and quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Design or UX Design focused on creating digital experiences.
• Strong knowledge of user experience principles, design processes, and discovery methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to support design decisions.
• Must be based in Brazil.
