What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to support business objectives.

• Lead team projects focused on process mapping, inventory optimization, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of experience in manufacturing, planning, and operational processes.
• Proven experience leading and managing diverse teams.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production and planning processes.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices.
