What you will do

• Lead and develop the Oceania Sourcing team, ensuring alignment with global strategies and performance management.
• Own and manage the regional sourcing budget with a focus on cost control and optimization.
• Partner with Sales during tendering and negotiation phases to deliver scalable sourcing solutions.
• Secure sourcing coverage for global components (nacelles, towers, blades) and local TCI scopes.
• Lead key supplier and subcontractor negotiations to secure strong commercial outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and cost stability.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within industrial or project-based environments.
• Proven people leadership experience within complex, matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial and contractual expertise, including risk mitigation and cost control.
• Experience working in an international environment balancing local needs with global standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
