What you will do

• Manage the creation and issuance of Purchase Orders through the SAP system.
• Coordinate deliveries and monitor the import process, including liaison with freight forwarders.
• Maintain accurate SAP price lists, contracts, and codified items.
• Manage vendor performance logs and ensure compliance with supplier approval systems.
• Assist in sourcing products and services and preparing monthly purchasing reports.
• Train new employees on SAP compliance and operating systems.
