What you will do
- Support and improve the procurement-to-pay process alongside the Purchasing team.
- Create purchase orders in SAP, issue them to vendors, and monitor confirmations for goods and services.
- Manage deliveries and support import processes, including coordination with freight forwarders.
- Maintain SAP price lists, contracts, codified items, vendor records, approvals, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and support monthly purchasing reports and procurement budget initiatives.
- Assist with sourcing products and services and train new employees on SAP compliance and operating systems.
Requirements
- Organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about procurement objectives.
- Strong IT, Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills.
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers, stakeholders, and highly technical staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to support compliance with procurement policies, specifications, and payment terms.
