What you will do

• Direct day-to-day operations of three warehouses in Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane, managing a team of 12.
• Oversee inventory control procedures, cycle count accuracy, and demand planning.
• Maintain auditable records, warehouse safety audits, and hazmat compliance.
• Manage the hiring, training, and performance of the warehouse team.
• Collaborate with Import and Purchasing teams to balance inventory levels and meet turn goals.
• Streamline operating procedures by identifying and eliminating redundant processes.

Requirements

• Extensive warehouse experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency with ERP and inventory planning systems.
• Full Australian working rights are required.
• Ability to travel domestically between sites as required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
