Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform designed to support developers and enterprises from model training through to production deployment.

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end UK immigration processes, including case initiation, document collection, and filing through to approval.
• Coordinate global immigration processes across multiple locations to ensure consistency and alignment with local regulations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders (HR, Legal) for guidance and issue resolution.
• Monitor immigration deadlines and maintain accurate records within Jira and HiBob.
• Build and manage relationships with external immigration attorneys and vendors worldwide.
• Oversee the processing and allocation of invoices from external immigration providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or an equivalent field.
• Experience in managing immigration processes within the UK.
• Strong attention to detail to mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for explaining complex legal information.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an international, multi-cultural team.
• Authorization to work in the United Kingdom is required.
