What you will do

• Produce high-quality Group consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, statutory, and regulatory reports.
• Maintain and enhance the financial control environment regarding Group consolidation and the broader framework.
• Manage strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including Finance Directors and Regulators.
• Streamline, automate, and enhance finance processes by leveraging technology and best practices.
• Support the Head of Group Financial Reporting in developing a continuous improvement culture.
• Actively contribute to Finance and Group-wide projects.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA).
• Strong technical and financial reporting knowledge within the financial services sector, preferably insurance.
• Deep understanding of group consolidation principles and financial reporting systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong control mindset with experience in delivering change and continuous improvement.
• Ability to constructively challenge and analyze results with a keen eye for detail.
• Location: Must be based in London.
