What you will do

• Prepare statutory financial statements under IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Manage regulatory returns and disclosure processes.
• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation and control cycles.
• Collaborate with Technology to maintain general ledger account hierarchies within Workday.
• Coordinate with external auditors to provide necessary financial information and explanations.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong post-qualification experience in financial and regulatory reporting.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Practical experience with financial reporting processes and controls.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the UK financial services industry.
• Experience with consolidated reporting, IFPR, or Solvency II.
• Proficiency with financial reporting software such as CDM and Workday.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets.
