D&I Program Manager, Professional Services (Aerospace)

Location: Remote from the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, the UK or Slovenia. If located near a hirify.global office, work from that office 3 days per week.

Salary: €59,645–€74,536 gross annually for Austria. The role may also include discretionary bonuses, commission and equity.

hirify.global designs, builds and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and provides cloud-based remote-sensing data to commercial, environmental, governmental and humanitarian users.

What you will do

• Scale governmental customer adoption of hirify.global’s platform and data products.
• Lead technical proposals for defense and intelligence customers, gathering inputs and aligning solutions with mission needs.
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, schedules, deliverables and budgets with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate Professional Services Engineering, PreSales, Product Management and other cross-functional teams to deliver platform and data solutions.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, assignments, deliverables and budgets while providing regular customer and stakeholder updates.
• Improve operational processes, monitor workflows, mitigate risks and measure project performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, including proposal development for government or defense-sector customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience preparing and contributing to technical proposals and working with the Defense and Intelligence community.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects in technical or product development environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication, prioritization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work across the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, the UK or Slovenia; export-controlled information access is subject to applicable U.S. and German/EU requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience developing proposals for federal customers.
• Knowledge of platform development, platform integrations or geospatial data-as-a-service offerings.
• Experience with remote sensing, Earth observation data or imaging technologies.
• Experience improving existing programs and working with globally distributed teams.
