What you will do

• Define the engagement model and change-management standards for your vertical to ensure successful client adoption.
• Build and scale a high-performing team of Engagement Associates and Managers, providing coaching and strategic guidance.
• Manage the most strategic C-suite relationships and high-impact accounts within your portfolio.
• Establish rigorous operating rhythms, including health inspections and pipeline reviews, to drive consistent outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership (Product, Engineering, GTM) to shape product roadmaps and client success strategies.
• Drive expansion and renewal opportunities by ensuring clients realize measurable value from the platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years in management consulting, customer success, or account management with a focus on large-scale transformation.
• 5+ years of experience managing client-facing teams, including other managers and team leads.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering change-management programs within complex, regulated organizations.
• Strong operational discipline with the ability to build inspection frameworks and scalable processes.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills, comfortable navigating C-suite and legal leadership.
• Deep data fluency to drive portfolio decisions and account health strategies.
