What you will do

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with VP/C-level leaders to align Jasper's capabilities with business priorities and objectives.
• Define measurable success metrics and build multi-quarter success plans with outcome milestones and risk-mitigation plans.
• Identify, prioritize, and expand high-impact AI use cases across various business units.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption by recommending governance, enablement, and operating models.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Architects, and Account Executives to improve the customer experience and influence the product roadmap.
• Manage executive-level escalations and surface customer success stories for advocacy programs.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Must be located in the continental US.
• Proven experience influencing VP- and C-level stakeholders in Fortune 500 organizations.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI or AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong business acumen to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Background in marketing technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience at firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, EY, Bain, or McKinsey.
