What you will do

• Drive business development and grow strategic relationships with Am Law 200 firms.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year DMS implementations.
• Design and deploy content lifecycle strategies using NetDocuments, iManage, and related tools.
• Oversee and mentor a team of consultants to ensure top-tier client outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute thought leadership through articles and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale ECM or DMS projects.
• 3+ years of consulting experience with large, preferably global, law firms.
• Deep technical expertise in NetDocuments, iManage, and their related integrations.
• Strong understanding of legal governance, compliance, and security frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in business development and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
