What you will do

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for Digital Assets and Gaming verticals.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise merchants and strategic partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Achieve revenue, Gross Profit, and processing volume targets.
• Grow existing merchant relationships and promote additional product offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development within FinTech, Payments, or Banking.
• Strong background in Digital Assets, Crypto, Gaming, Forex, or Digital Media.
• In-depth knowledge of card acquiring, payment orchestration, and alternative payment methods.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with C-level stakeholders.
• Established network among enterprise merchants and industry partners.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of high-risk acquiring and fraud prevention.
• Experience with chargeback mitigation and player payment journeys.
• Understanding of multi-jurisdiction licensing.
