Head of Program & Portfolio Management – SerDes Networking Solutions

Salary: $220,400–$303,100 annually

What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop the Program Management function and team for the SerDes Networking Solutions segment.
• Manage project portfolios and pipelines, aligning investments, priorities, resources, and budgets with business strategy.
• Oversee market input, product positioning, execution strategy, and program definition activities.
• Lead planning, risk management, budget tracking, milestone control, and reporting across multi-site, cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product Line leadership on portfolio decisions and serve as an executive interface for OEM and Tier-1 customers.
• Support the integration of Aviva Links into NXP’s processes, governance, and operating model.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or high-tech industries, including significant leadership responsibility in program, product, or general management.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional, multi-site projects with substantial budget and revenue responsibility.
• Strong background in complex system development across hardware, software, validation, qualification, and automotive NPI processes.
• Deep understanding of automotive networking, ADAS/IVI systems, or closely related domains.
• Strong business, financial, communication, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
