Territory Manager (Cardiac Surgery)

Location: Must be based in the Philadelphia, PA area

Salary: $250,000–$256,000 (base + incentive)

What you will do

• Develop and implement territory business plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contract negotiation and closing.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on the clinical merits and proper usage of hirify.global products.
• Observe procedures in operating rooms and ICUs to gain insights into physician needs and product application.
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and CRM data for the assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical research and marketing, to provide optimal customer solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of medical device experience selling or supporting cardiac surgery therapies in an OR or ICU environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing local and IDN sales contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively within the assigned territory.
