TL;DR

Territory Manager (Medical Devices): Accelerating growth by acquiring new business, expanding footprint across key health systems, and capturing market share within a defined geographic territory with an accent on driving adoption of the Zio platform with cardiologists and electrophysiologists. Focus on strategic selling, relationship building with KOLs and stakeholders, and navigating complex healthcare environments for partnerships and account conversions.

Location: Remote - US (North Sound, Washington territory), extensive travel within territory (approx. 4.5 days/week in field)

Salary: $90,000 – $180,000

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities targeting EPs, cardiologists, and administrators in hospitals, IDNs, and private practices.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans emphasizing market penetration, product adoption, and long-term customer value; lead full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
  • Deliver data-driven sales presentations communicating clinical and economic value; build relationships with KOLs, physicians, and executives.
  • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce, account performance, training, and workflow optimization; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze territory performance, market trends, and competitive activity; provide feedback to leadership and meet sales goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5+ years successful sales experience, minimum 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales
  • Experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, and IDNs preferred; proven success in market share capture and value-based selling
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans in complex environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively within territory (approx. 4.5 days/week in field, periodic overnights)
