Customer Success Manager (MENA)

What you will do

• Own retention and manage renewals for a portfolio of brands and agencies in the MENA region.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to align solutions with business strategies.
• Drive product adoption by overseeing the onboarding journey and leading training initiatives.
• Expand account value by increasing adoption across different teams and use cases.
• Act as the voice of the customer by escalating product feedback to the product team.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Onboarding Specialists to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Professional or native proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience working with clients in the MENA region.
• Proven track record of meeting commercial and retention targets.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and social listening tools.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Zendesk.
